Puppy Application

After completing the application, we will reach out to you with more information, and send you an invoice to pay the deposit and secure your place in "line". This non-refundable deposit will go toward the final cost of your puppy, which is $3800. The remaining $3300 will be due when your puppy reaches 6 weeks of age.
